Article 1 — Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Black Cab Limousine, a SASU (simplified joint-stock company), registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Registry under number 990 476 202, SIRET 990 476 202 00017, VAT number FR70990476202, registered as a VTC operator under number EVTC094250792, with its registered office in Paris 8th arrondissement, hereinafter referred to as "the Provider", and any natural or legal person, hereinafter referred to as "the Client", wishing to use the transport services offered on the website.
Any booking implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the Client.
Article 2 — Services Offered
The Provider offers private transport services in Mercedes V-Class vehicles, including: Paris-London and London-Paris transport via the Eurotunnel or by ferry, airport transfers to and from Île-de-France airports (Paris CDG, Orly, Le Bourget), station transfers to and from Île-de-France railway stations, chauffeur-driven car hire, and bespoke long-distance transport.
Vehicles can accommodate up to 6 passengers. The Provider reserves the right to modify or temporarily suspend all or part of its services.
Article 3 — Prices
Service prices are quoted in euros (€) or pounds sterling (£) depending on the route, inclusive of all taxes. The Paris-London route is priced at €1,800 (sedan) or €2,000 (van) and the London-Paris route at £1,750 (sedan) or £2,000 (van). Airport transfers in Île-de-France start from €120 and station transfers from €60.
For car hire and any-distance services, a personalised quote is provided on request. Prices may be modified at any time, but the applicable prices are those in effect at the time of booking confirmation.
Article 4 — Booking and Payment
Bookings can be made online via the website, by phone at +33 7 82 85 12 12, by email at [email protected], or via WhatsApp. Any booking is considered firm and final after confirmation by the Provider and receipt of payment.
Payment is made by credit card via the secure SumUp platform. Full payment is required at the time of booking for fixed-price routes. No booking is considered confirmed without prior payment. For bespoke services, a 30% deposit may be required at booking, with the balance due before the start of the service.
An invoice and purchase order are automatically generated and made available to the Client in their personal dashboard after each payment.
Article 5 — Cancellation and Refund
The Client may cancel their booking under the following conditions: free cancellation up to 48 hours before the service date, cancellation between 48 and 24 hours before the service: 50% of the total amount retained, cancellation less than 24 hours before the service or no-show: no refund, the full amount of the ride is due.
Any cancelled booking, regardless of the reason, is considered a no-show and will be charged in full if the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the service.
The Provider reserves the right to cancel a booking in the event of force majeure (extreme weather conditions, Eurotunnel closure, strikes, etc.). In such cases, the Client will be fully refunded or an alternative date will be proposed.
Refund requests must be sent by email to [email protected]. Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the booking, within 14 business days.
Article 6 — Client Obligations
The Client undertakes to: provide accurate information when booking (number of passengers, pick-up address, times), be present at the agreed time and place for pick-up, respect the vehicle and refrain from smoking, not transport illicit or dangerous substances, and comply with applicable customs and immigration regulations for international journeys.
If the Client is more than 30 minutes late without prior notification, the Provider reserves the right to consider the service as cancelled without refund.
Article 7 — Provider Obligations
The Provider undertakes to: provide a Mercedes V-Class vehicle in perfect working order and cleanliness, provide a professional chauffeur holding all necessary licences and insurance, respect agreed schedules (subject to traffic conditions and circumstances beyond its control), and ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the journey.
Article 8 — Liability
The Provider is insured for passenger transport in accordance with current regulations. Its liability is limited to direct damages caused by a proven fault in the performance of the service. The Provider shall not be held liable for delays caused by traffic conditions, customs controls, strikes, or any other force majeure event.
Luggage is transported under the Client's responsibility. The Provider disclaims any liability for loss, theft, or damage to the Client's personal belongings.
Article 9 — Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to passenger transport services when these must be provided on a specific date or during a specific period.
Article 10 — Bookings via Partner Hotels
The Provider offers a dedicated booking service for partner hotels. Bookings made by a partner hotel on behalf of its guests are subject to the same general conditions as direct bookings.
Payment is mandatory for all bookings made via the partner area. A secure SumUp payment link is generated for each booking and must be settled before pick-up.
Any cancelled hotel booking is charged as a no-show. The full amount of the ride remains due, with no possibility of refund.
A fixed commission of €20 per ride is paid to the partner hotel for each booking made and honoured. Commissions are calculated automatically and settled monthly.
Article 11 — Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the competent courts of Paris shall have sole jurisdiction.
