Private Champagne day trip from Paris with chauffeur
A Champagne day trip is most enjoyable when the journey, appointments and return are organised before the day begins. Black Cab Limousine provides private Mercedes chauffeur transport from Paris to Reims, Épernay and the surrounding wine villages. The service is designed for guests who want a door-to-door vehicle, a clear schedule and the freedom to choose their own cellar visits, tastings and lunch arrangements.
A tailored Champagne itinerary from Paris
There is no single visit that suits every traveller. Some guests prefer an architectural stop in Reims and a cellar appointment; others want to spend more time near Épernay or in the vineyards. Tell us your preferred area, existing bookings, passenger count, luggage and time constraints. The driver’s journey is then planned around the confirmed programme rather than around a generic group-tour timetable.
The exact route depends on the addresses, the number of stops, traffic and the opening times communicated by each venue. A departure from central Paris, a hotel, an office or an airport-area address can be considered in the quote. Return travel can be arranged for the same day or as part of a wider itinerary when the dates and times are known.
Mercedes chauffeur transport for Reims and Épernay
Choose a Mercedes E-Class for one to three passengers, a V-Class for up to six travellers with more luggage, or an S-Class for a prestige saloon journey for up to three passengers. The right vehicle depends on the party, luggage and programme. Your chauffeur provides private transport between the agreed addresses and remains available according to the arrangement confirmed in the quote.
For a professional host, a family celebration or a hotel guest programme, the same practical information is useful: who is travelling, where the pickup takes place, which cellar appointments are already confirmed and when the return is required. This avoids assuming access, reservations or timing that has not been agreed with the relevant Champagne house.
What the chauffeur service includes
- Private Mercedes vehicle and professional chauffeur for the confirmed transport programme.
- Pickup and return at the addresses stated in the quote.
- Travel between the agreed Reims, Épernay or vineyard-area stops.
- Coordination with the times and addresses supplied for your own reservations.
- A vehicle recommendation based on passenger count and luggage.
Cellar admission, tastings, meals, guides, products and venue reservations are not automatically included. They are either arranged by the guest or listed expressly in a written quote. Black Cab Limousine does not claim availability at a Champagne house before that venue has confirmed it.

Frequently asked questions
Are Champagne tastings included in the chauffeur service?
No. Tastings and visits are included only if they are expressly listed in the confirmed quote or booked separately by the guest.
Can the itinerary combine Reims and Épernay?
It can be considered when the timing, appointments and route are compatible. Share the desired stops in the quote so the journey can be assessed before confirmation.
Can a return to Paris be arranged?
Yes. State the intended return date and time in the request. A same-day return or a wider itinerary is subject to the information and availability confirmed for the journey.
