Booking and payment

Is payment required to confirm a booking?

Yes. Bookings are confirmed after secure online card payment via SumUp. You then receive a confirmation email with your invoice.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation is free up to 4 hours before departure. After that, or in case of no-show, the full fare is charged.

Airports

How long does the chauffeur wait at the airport?

Your chauffeur tracks your flight in real time and waits 45 minutes after landing at no extra cost.

Paris–London

Is the Channel crossing included?

Yes, the Calais–Dover ferry crossing is included. Eurotunnel Le Shuttle is available as an option (+€130) or Flexiplus (+€300).

Chauffeur hire

What are your hourly rates?

E-Class €100/h, V-Class €120/h, S-Class €160/h, minimum 3 hours. Full day (12 hours, 600 km): €1,000 / €1,300 / €1,600.
