Services, booking and payment

Black Cab Limousine provides private transport in Mercedes E-Class, V-Class and S-Class vehicles, including Paris–London and London–Paris journeys, airport and station transfers, chauffeur hire and bespoke long-distance services. Vehicles can accommodate up to six passengers subject to the selected vehicle and luggage.

Online bookings must be made at least 12 hours before departure. Requests can also be made by telephone, email or WhatsApp. Fixed-price routes are paid in full through SumUp at booking; bespoke services may require the deposit and balance stated in the confirmed quote. A booking is confirmed only after the Provider’s confirmation and the required payment.

Prices and international journeys

Prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of applicable taxes. Paris–London and London–Paris are €1,799 in E-Class, €1,999 in V-Class or €2,899 in S-Class. The ferry is included; Eurotunnel is available as an option at the amount stated in the booking journey. Airport and bespoke service prices are those shown or confirmed at the time of booking.

The Client is responsible for accurate passenger, address and timing information and for valid passports, visas or other documents required for international travel. Traffic, customs, strikes and other force majeure events can affect journey times.

Cancellation, waiting and client duties

Cancellation is free up to four hours before the service. A later cancellation or no-show is charged in full. Airport arrivals include 45 minutes of complimentary waiting after landing. The Client must be present at the agreed pickup, respect the vehicle and follow applicable safety, customs and immigration rules.

Invoices and booking documents are generated after payment. Refund requests should be sent to blackcablimousine75@gmail.com and are processed using the original payment method where a refund is due.

Applicable law

These Terms are governed by French law. After an attempt at amicable resolution, the competent courts of Paris have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
